Who we are
The data controller for this tool is AI4Leaders, Zurich, Switzerland. For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at privacy@ai4leaders.ch.
What data we collect
When you use the AI Future-State Preview tool we collect the following data:
- Form inputs — company website URL, company name (optional), industry, company size, strategic goal, AI maturity, pain points, primary KPI, systems and any additional context you choose to enter.
- Website content — publicly accessible pages from the company website you provide, read automatically to ground the analysis.
- Contact details — name (optional), email address and role (optional), entered voluntarily when you unlock the full report.
- Technical data — IP address and browser information collected automatically by our hosting and security infrastructure.
Please do not enter confidential business information. The tool is designed to work with publicly available data and high-level self-assessments only.
Why we collect it and our legal basis

Third-party processors
We share data with the following processors under data processing agreements. All transfers to the USA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
- Anthropic (USA) — the AI model that generates your preview. Your form inputs and the public website content are sent to the Anthropic API. Anthropic Privacy Policy
- Vercel (USA) — application hosting and serverless functions.
- Supabase (USA) — database storage for simulation data and contact information.
- Resend (USA) — transactional email delivery.
- Cloudflare (USA) — bot protection via the Turnstile service.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Data retention
- Simulation data (form inputs, generated preview) is retained for up to 12 months from the date of creation, after which it is deleted automatically.
- Contact information (name, email, role) is retained for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection widget sets a short-lived functional cookie strictly necessary for its operation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or request restriction of processing
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
- Lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ai4leaders.ch with “Data request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the tool evolves. Material changes will be noted with a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
